i have bought some shares using MTF, and now company is going to give dividend then i receive dividend because i bought those shares using MTF?

@ArjunaGupta Yes. Consider shares bought via MTF same as yours except the fact that since broker has funded partially, they are pledged in the favour of the broker. The shares are in your DP only.
