Subject: Feature Request – Import Option for Indicator & Drawing Templates in DEXT Charts
Dear Dhan Team,
First of all, congratulations on introducing DEXT Charts. The new charting experience is impressive, and I really appreciate the efforts your team is making to improve the trading experience for users.
However, I would like to highlight one important missing feature.
I have created and saved multiple custom Indicator Templates and Drawing Templates based on my trading strategies and analysis. While these templates are useful and save a lot of time, I cannot find any option to import them into DEXT Charts.
I would strongly recommend introducing the following features:
- Import Indicator Templates: Allow users to import previously saved indicator templates into DEXT Charts.
- Import Drawing Templates: Provide an option to import saved drawing templates, including custom chart layouts and drawing configurations.
- Easy Template Migration: Allow users to transfer their existing templates from the previous charting interface to DEXT Charts without having to recreate everything manually.
Many active traders spend considerable time developing and customizing their chart setups. Losing access to these configurations or having to recreate them manually can be frustrating.
An import/export functionality would make DEXT Charts significantly more convenient, professional, and user-friendly. It would also encourage more traders to transition to the new charting platform.
I hope your product development team will consider this feature request and implement it in an upcoming update.
