First of all, I would like to say, I like Dhan App and just moved from Zerodha because of its nice features.
However, one nagging issue, lack of stock symbols on Dhan app keeps troubling us. Just to make sure, rest of the world uses stock symbol in almost everything and that’s how we remember stocks.
We use Google sheets quite extensively and also use algo APIs to make stock purchases. Everywhere we require stock symbol. Yours is the only platform which doesn’t provide stock symbol, and we actually have to search the stock symbol on google to know what it is.
This is even much more important in case of ETFs. For instance it’s very difficult to know the stock symbol of “Nippon India Nifty 50 Dividend Opportunity ETF” without going to Google.
Without symbols the life becomes hell. Let us know if you can incorporate this feature please.
