If I buy stocks under MTF, and if I already have some holdings of that stock, while exiting, which stocks will be exited first, is it FIFO or MTF will be exited first followed by FIFO in holdings.

Well stocks on Dhan are always sold on FIFO basis. However since MTF holdings are held and marked separately, you can choose to sell the MTF stocks separately and ones in portfolio holdings separately.
Do check the Sell Order flow for holdings in which you have MTF. It will give you that choice.
