I have paid the Rs. 499 Data API monthly subscription amount. I have also added extra money to the available ledger balance, but I am still getting a “Disconnected: Subscribe to Data APIs to continue” error message when I run the Live Market Feed websocket code.
I have tried deleting and generating a fresh access token. I have raised this issue to help@dhan.co and also spoken to a customer service agent.
Can you please resolve this at the earliest.
