@krishag All REIT/InvIT IPO applications fall under the NII category, there is no Retail portion. Also, we had curated the subscription status window for general IPOs which have all the categories and REIT and InvIT IPOs are rare and special, so we are yet to optimize the the subscription status for these IPO types

So we cant apply as retail investor (less than 2 lacs) or small hni ( 2 to 10L)

You can apply as retail for sure

You can apply as retail but the treatment of application is as per NII - primarily meaning that you cannot cancel the trade and also cannot apply at Cut-Off price. You need to specify the bidding price (without opting for cut-off)
