Super Order SL Feedback

Hi All,

In Super Order in TV Dhan - one can’t place both

  • Afresh SL & Target Order - after Order gets executed OR

  • Again Place SL & Target Order - If one accidentally cancels Either of legs.

Level 1 Customer Care Team seem to have no clue, for it & only asked to read Terms & Conditions of Super Order.

So searching in Web, I found this…

Is it Possible to implement similar Remedy , either through Dhan Website & App?

Hi @vinbhat, welcome to MadeForTrade community!

We understand the scenario you’ve highlighted around re-creating SL and target legs in Super Orders. We’re currently working on a solution along similar lines, which is expected to be released in the coming months.

In the meantime, you can use Forever Orders to place SL and target legs after execution or if any leg gets cancelled.

Forever Orders aren’t visible for Option Positions OR is it i am unaware? If available, kindly share the video, related to it please.

Hi @vinbhat at the moment, Forever Orders are not visible on charts. You can place a Forever Order for FnO scrips and manage it from the Forever tab. Please find the screenshot below for reference.

Thanks… Mobile App has issues then for Option Positional orders. I have tried it & got reply fund Insufficient .

In Mobile App, Auto Trial SL orders can’t be seen (i am yet to see in Website).

HI @vinbhat, our team is actively working on this, and you can expect a similar feature to be rolled out in the next 2–3 months.
