Can you provide option for stop loss, trailing, TP, in terms, ticks or absolute points.
Currently Fyers provides in ticks.
This helps to input SL and tgt pts beforehand, and just click when time arrives. Fast efficient entry with all risk inplace.

Hi @ronin Not sure how helpful this will be. Putting prices very very closer have always risks of both legs executed together… we have seen this happening in the past for Bracket Orders.
This is helpful in instant execution, and putting a tight SL. This even helped me in spikes, and got my intended SL. As always.
I have yet to see both legs executed. ie SL or tgt at the same time.
This is my predetermined entry levels if trade presents. Putting SL in ticks change the trading game.
Please I am not advertising my trading style, but I have seen 9 years of trading, with 7 years of going in the loop. So, I know what I am saying.
Fyers has this feature. Espresso(now discontinued) used to have, even went to the extend of consolidating a single SL executed order (doing away with multi legs executed orders) and with optional TGT.
I trade only liquid names, but imo you should give retailers a fair chance, to execute their edge with total control of risk.
Tradingview has seconds chart. Infact, I trade the seconds chart. But with this current, so called super order, where you put SL in price value, one will never be able to take quick trades, say if price you have to put is 1292.7 as SL.
Or quick option, just put 4.8 as your SL beforehand, and click as the trade presents.
Don’t worry about retailers losing. People will still lose with or without SL in ticks.
IMO, i have top notched execution using ticks. Loss is controlled to exactly what I want.
Seconds chart is of no value, if you can’t provide inputting ticks as an option.
Short answer.
Helpful for people who already has a predetermined SL points, Tgt points and qty.
Trading is just seeing the bars, and click and putting your bet. Then you hit SL, but wait that was your intended SL. A happy loss.
We don’t have time to keep typing the price value. For this kind of traders, you need ticks.
