Hi Dhan team, So this happened yesterday, even after exiting my trade after small profit SL and TP line didn’t disappear from chart because of this, SL automatically took new entry of 1 lot sell side. I was unaware of this as I was off my computer and mobile doing other work I only noticed it after like 30minuter or so, this error made a small loss but its ok,
Sell order should not have taken place as I only have 2lakh capital in account, you guys know how much it takes for to sell 1 lot over options selling.
Attached screen snap from Today’s trade which SL and TP lines are not able to cancel.
Hi @spaceinzero we tried contacting you on your registered number to better understand the situation but were unable to reach you. Please share a convenient time via DM so we can connect and assist you further.
This is the known problem with Super Order; for some reason, this issue has not been fixed in the current iteration of Super Order.

Hi @spaceinzero as discussed on the call, we understand that your query has been addressed.
You had manually exited the main leg (entry order), while the Target and Stop Loss orders remained active. When the Stop Loss price was later triggered, a new short position was created as there were sufficient funds in your account.
To avoid such situations in the future, please ensure cancelling any pending Target and Stop Loss orders when manually exiting a position.

Even I saw this, recently I exited a position of a stock while the SuperOrder remained active and the target got triggered even though I had exited a day before.
Not an efficient way of designing SuperOrders. If you don’t put Target while entry, then there is no option to put either a Tgt/SL after the position was taken.
Currently, I believe the hassles outweigh the benefits so I’ll instead switch to normal orders with GTT.
