How many minutes/seconds/milliseconds, does it takes for dhan system to release the margin.

I am asking this for a order flip scenario via a webhook code.

I although i have kept a 1 candle cool off period between the exit and entry still i see order failed because margin was not released from previous trade exit.

So do we need to keep say double the margin to play it safe.

Still just testing waters via webhook.

I guess u r using 1 min candle. So there is a 1 minute delay between exit and entry. Correct ?

Then it is more than sufficient for margin release. Not sure why the orders are failing. Do you have hedged positions or are you trying to exit only naked positions ? May be better to give full details of your positions for debugging.

Simple naked position flips as signals flip.

Ok in that case are you switching from a naked option buy to naked option sell ?or is it just buying call or put based on signal direction and closing each when exit signals happen ?

Then assuming you have enough capital to hold either the long call or put am not sure what is causing the problem. Over to @Dhan.
