Trading restricted but it's actually allowed on the exchange - Resolved!

I’ve been trying to place delivery buy orders for NSE:SEJALLTD but I’m unable to place the trade.

I’m copying and pasting the explanations given by twitter support which is plain incorrect because I actually placed an order on Zerodha and got it executed on the same day

As checked, the script comes under IRP/IBC. Transactions are blocked for that script.

As checked, trading is suspended from the exchange you can check on the NSE website.

As we checked again the order is failing due to suspension of the scrip.

All of these are simply incorrect because it’s possible to place an order in that stock. Screenshot where I placed an order on Zerodha on the same day.

Please rectify this so that I can place an order on Monday. Thanks

@Dhan_Cares @PravinJ these randomly inconsistent rejections with reasons that don’t make sense have happened more than one time for me. Please do be transparent about this or fix this.

Thanks

Hi @EggMasonValue The said scrip is under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code and hence trading is restricted by our risk teams.

Thank you for the clarification!

Could you please list all the stocks that are barred from trading using you as broker based on your RMS so that I can plan accordingly in the future?

Thanks
