Trigger Price Not In Range Error

can Anyone explain why i am getting this error why buying options in nifty in bracket order…?
Like, Option Price :- 155
Target :- 200 Ticks[around 10 rupees]
Stoploss :- 100 Ticks[around 5 rupees]

Hi @Randy_Orthan

If you are using Bracket Order or Cover Order, here is the specified range for stop loss leg :

  • Cover Order : Min 0.25% & Max 80% away from the entry price
  • Bracket Order : Min 0.25% & Max 80% away from the entry price

Just make sure you are choosing the right transaction type for entry order. If your entry is long, stop loss is a sell leg.

Can u Please Check This is it not in range of 0.25% to 80%…? I kept around 5 Rupees Stoploss which means 4% of That Entry Price…?
