D ka saath nahi chodenge,

D ka competitive haath ka jadoo hey
Like I always say — it’s never about who rolls out features first, it’s about who brings them together and delivers them with real quality.
And come on, you’re an AP — it’s not like you can just move your stocks or withdraw funds overnight. Haha. ![]()
Besides, there’s no webhooks on Z. ![]()
Hey @t7support ,
Thank you for flagging this & helping us trying to make Dhan better. This issue seems to be limited to very selective users and we have not been able to replicate this. Teams will get in touch with you separately to understand in which scenario this is occurring.
@thisisbanerjee @nitishbangera Every platform has its own strengths and areas to improve. While no app is entirely bug-free, we’ve always focused on delivering the best combination of speed, reliability, and depth of features for traders. Dhan has consistently been among the first to build and launch features tailored specifically for active traders, and we continue to adapt quickly based on user feedback.
Thank you,
Pranita

My phone is using nearly a stock android except for some extra assist apps shipped by the manufacturer.

This issue may not pop up in a single Open → View experiment. It happens randomly and likely to happen after a few Open → View → Use events

This problem is not limited to Dhan app. I saw this in other apps like Discord as well.
True, but in my opinion, Dhan is quite bug-laced — nothing really feels seamless here. That said, experiences are subjective, and I could be wrong.
Every new day brings a new issue. I’m just sharing what I’ve personally experienced, nothing against anyone.
The team does respond quickly to feedback, but still, it’s the same cycle — New Day > New Problems > New Feedbacks.
I am quite disappointed with the way watchlists were implemented as a group, and then the new watchlists take a full minute to load on mobile, the screen recording has been shared with Rahul Deshpande.
I don’t think shipping first and fast matters as does shipping right. Watchlists were botched for this whole year and it still is botched by the painfully slow loading speed.
Hope you understand. I truly appreciate everybody’s work at Dhan, but the quality control here is very poor.
I had suggested a simple hack to fix testing issues. Start a prop desk at Dhan where people trade with real money. Most issues will be sorted out before hitting the clients. It is better than customers hitting bugs and leaving Dhan. Dhan DNA can be programmed to facilitate this.
Am not sure without using the app extensively how one can test the features well.
@t7support Ah ok. Mixed up.
@Pranita This is the core point that every app has its own strengths and the people who came to Dhan saw its strengths but the topics and issues discussed show that the strength is not being maintained. The question is never about the speed or depth of the features. It’s the quality that matters.
You also need to understand that along with traders, we have investors as well; hence just catering to traders isn’t the right approach.
Adapting quickly is debatable as in multiple posts, the issues and follow-ups go on for months without updates.
Bottom line is everyone with Dhan expects that existing features work seamlessly and uniformly across multiple platforms. If there is a new product then questions are answered swiftly and a proper ETA is provided so that the people aren’t in a limbo as to what and when to expect the responses.
On point. Why raise my cortisol levels daily using Dhan, when I can already be with the market leader and make money in peace?
All I wanted was Dhan to be the best, but unfortunately there seems to be a communication gap or maybe different priorities.
All they care about is new features and let technical debt accumulate in the old ones.
I have again started facing that issue
We need a quick fix to this one. Am not sure where this is on the priority list at Dhan.
