Unable to convert Intraday Sell to Delivery

I have sold Indusind Bank 25 Shares in Intraday against my Holding of 166 Shares and 2 Solar Industries against my holding of 6 shares. I wish to convert this Intraday to Delivery of Shares and have received Edis confirmation through you for Delivery.

However, Ms. Ashna has shown her helplessness informing me that all Intraday Buy Orders can be converted to delivery, but Intraday Sell can not be converted to Delivery even if I have sufficient Stock in my CDSL account.

This is something absurd because if I have sufficient quantity in my CDSL account and have permission to Sell from CDSL, why can’t I convert my Sold shares to Delivery.

I have just now sent an email from my mail id anxxxxxan@gmail.com to your support Team for their looking into and reply.

I had my Trading account with Zerodha earlier and have never faced such issues.

Totaply agreed. but in this case just square off the sell order through intraday buy and immediately sell the shares held in demat.
ya brokerage and stt factor will come into play

We want to confirm that you can convert your Intraday Sell order to Delivery if you have a sufficient quantity of shares in your demat account.
