I have surplus funds in my account but it is not showing as withdrawable balance

I see this post and issue was resolved by @Pranita … Please resolve this
I have already talked to Customer service, but no satisfactory resposne

Your open position has utilized both the cash margin and collateral. Please note that for any position, at least 50% of the margin funds must be covered by cash (ledger balance) or cash-equivalent securities with no more than 50% coming from non-cash securities. I already have margin coming from cash-equivalent securities LIQUIDBEES (way more than 50 %).
Also till yesterday for the same positions, same margin utlized and same pleadged securities (cash-equivalent and non-cash-equivalent), the withdrawable balance was there.
I talked to Customer care couple of times but no clarity, finally i got a call back saying that there is some issue and i can request for withdrawal over phone not from app !!
@Sameet … Whats the issue here?
