Using Scalper on Chart Option in iPad

On iPad, while using DHAN app. “Scalper on Charts” option there are multiple issues -

a) Click on Settings, Choose Labels option & it doesn’t opens up.
b) Try closing the Settings, by Scrolling down, it didn’t closes up & is required to use back button to make it close which makes it to home page which is too much irritating.
c) If label is chosen, it overlaps the dispayed bars in fully opaque red/green.
d) There is no place on chart, where static label of the chosen option is displayed.
e) When taking a trade, only quantity is getting displayed in trade, instead of ongoing P&L.
f) Unable to set SL on chart, after placing a trade which is useless.
g) In positions during running trade, while trying to exit the trade the windows overlap in such a way that current P&L is not displayed properly.

OVERALL HAD TOO BAD EXPERIENCE ON DHAN APP. AFTER LISTENING TOO MUCH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT IT, WOULD BE GREAT IF SOMEONE COULD HELP.

Hi @Risky_Trader Dhan is not designed for iPad.

Request you to try on either Web or Phone.

Thanks for reply, In web as well, scalping on chart have similar issues. Not able to see the current ongoing PnL of ongoing trade, Just showing the QTY instead. The DHAN team have not tested anything well for iPad, It becomes useless of moving from GROWW platform to DHAN & there is no proper channel to address the issues being faced.

Today, with single lot trade on SENSEX… I was unable to EXiT thru’ App./Web/dhan.tv while the profit was 2k+ & kept banging head here & there, while finally the trade got closed with a meagre profit of 147 Rs. It’s too bad & disheartening experience for me today.
