they already cleared it that they cant do it because of sebi restrictions

Bhai to unhone kaha hain to tumhe prob kya hain agar main yaha par kuch doubts clear kar Raha hoon to sebi ke sab bahane hain bhai warna dusre log dete hi Hain.
