A few week back I added this stock ‘HSCL & schneider electric’ in my watch-list , Now when I tap on it it don’t show any data , its like not able to identify stock ticker ticker.
And this is one example only, I had came up with this issue quite a few times.Every time I have to remove that and search again and have to add it again to watch-list.
Please look at this issue.
I strongly believe in dhan as a broker over others but This kind of tiny issues creates a bitter taste overtime for a user.

I also experienced the same, zero price.
I am surprised to see that basic symbol sorting function is not developed!!
Such basic things are missing!!
Agreed. Have been facing this issue since beginning.
Also apparently, We can’t add list of stocks in bulk with tv.dhan the way we can do in trading-view.

We kindly request you to add this scrip to your watchlist again, this is happened due to scrip id is changed for few scrip.

I made a watchlist just a few days back. And it has two scrips Ashapura Minechem and Mrs. Bector foods. As soon as watchlist reaches this scrip, it jumps to the top on pressing spacebar (normally it should reach next scrip).
This is the watchlist I’m referring to. After reaching ADF Foods, pressing spacebar jumps to the top whereas it should go to the next scrip i.e., Ashapura Minechem.
Same behaviour is getting repeated when reach Tide Water Oils. Next scrip is Mrs. Bector.
Request you to please get this behaviour checked.
@Shally This is present in TV since a year and happens daily with me. I guess the team knows about it but still no updates have been pushed. It has become so common that I now ignore it.

Yeah! You are right. I have had few online meetings with Dhan team regarding this long time back.
Even I, many times, think of giving up but then again think, if I love this platform so much, why not put in some efforts in improving it.
Dhan Team has been very responsive but off late some issues have arose. May be due to increase in client base.
But not getting response even after messaging so many times is something that is not expected based on their past behaviour!
Anyways, I will keep trying in hope.
@Shally Cut them some slack, these days they are really overworked with jump in client base. However, there are building the right products and heading in the right direction and that is enough for me to stick around. 3-4 years from now I see a full service brokerage, if not a wealth management suite.
They have that feedback, they will fix it. Just slower recently.

This is not the intended behaviour, apologies for the lack in experience. Can you just check once and confirm if you have Ashapura Minechem or Mrs. Bector added twice on your watchlist?

As far as I know, one cannot add same scrip twice. I went through the list again and no scrip is appearing twice.

Checking that only, if this was done due to change in Security ID.

I tried 10 times , when stock goes form normal EQ to BE scrip every time it happens, it’s a simple bug .
I think you guys are using script name as id in watch-list. Instead take something else as an id.
I don’t know why @Dhan is taking so long to resolve small bugs like this. Even small brokers don’t have issues like this. Instead of adding new features please focus on fixing bugs.
