What is the plan for Dhan API and webhook access after Oct 1 2025?

With the SEBI regulations for Retail Algo traders coming into force from Oct 1 2025, what’s the plan for DhanHQ API and Dhan Webhook access and process for registration for our retail (self made) algos ?

Or should we plan to ditch Indian market and look at Crypto/Forex ?
