What is "Zero Trade Volume Prices"?

What does “Zero Trade Volume Prices” mean? I see this option in tv.dhan like in the screen shot below:

And is this the 20-level market depth chart, by any chance? Bid/Ask is a pre-trade event and zero-trade volume price in this context isn’t clear to me. What am I missing?

Just to be more explicit as to why I am asking this, I see a lot of Zero-quantity Zero-price Zero-order values in de-serializing 20-level market depth data from the API, apart from negative quantity/order values. I wanted to confirm if this normal or issue in de-serialization. Coding by guessing the schema is one helluva task.

Hi @kartz

When you untick the Zero Trade Volume Price option, prices with no active orders in the market depth will be hidden. Only prices with pending orders will be displayed.

For more details on the Depth of Market (DOM) and its functionality, you can refer to this guide: TradingView Support - Depth of Market (DOM).
