Why Iceberg order when normal order can be executed

Here I am executing a nifty trade and I have below position

But order got executed as iceberg order

Here i have 45 lot of nifty which is less than freeze limit i.e 72 for nifty.
then why order got executed as iceberg order?

Isn’t this is a bug in dhan system.
instead of two orders now 4 for orders triggered.
