Will I get margin facility if I don’t pledge the shares in mtf…

I am aware that position will be converted to delivery but how does that exactly work

My amount: 10k
Margin: 40k

If I don’t pledge the same day what will I see the next day…?

You are correct, the specific stock will be converted from a margin trading facility (MTF) into delivery.

For example, if you have a cash balance of 10,000 and purchase MTF with a 40,000 margin if you don’t pledge on the same day, then the stock will convert the next day and your balance will go into the negative. If there are insufficient balances in your account, our systems will sell them on T+5 working days.
