Hi @Shally, yes, this can happen. When your charts are loaded, we use WebSockets to connect through your internet connection, assuming continuous data transfer. If the data transfer rate drops below the required level, you might get an empty tick for that second.
However, in such scenarios, you can manually refresh the charts to update the data. Also, you may read more over here about how charts work.
