unable to create new watchlist in other watchlist group other than default it shows error

We’ve simplified Watchlists on Dhan stocks can now be added only to the Default Group. Please shift your scrips there before 15 Sept 2025, as other groups will be removed. A detailed update on this has also been shared with you via email.
so only 10 watchlist after 15 sept?

Group watchlist was the recent feature launched by dhan in May and I have shared my detailed feedback as well - Introducing Watchlist Groups – Now track 10,000+ stocks & scrips with ease on Dhan! - #19 by sri1647
Not sure why this feature is being discontinued now all of a sudden. It looks like this is the result of building a feature based on selective feedback without understanding what majority needs.

@PravinJ Would it be possible to increase the limit to 20 watchlists instead of 15? If speed is a concern, perhaps the number of stocks per watchlist could be reduced from 250 to 200. That way, it could be 20 × 200 stocks.
Well, at least it’s a good start and definitely in the right direction.
When it comes to watchlists, almost the entire industry (barring a few) is still working on theirs. AngelOne caps it at 50 × 10, Fyers allows 200 stocks x unlimited, while Zerodha offers 250 × 25. So the count varies broker to broker.
TradingView probably tops the chart though — in their paid plans, you get unlimited watchlists with 1,000 stocks per list, and the streaming quality is ultra high.
ABSOLUTELY NO. I’d appreciate if the 250 stocks could be made permanent, and if server costs are a problem, I’m ready to pay a subscription for it, but please don’t go below 250.
We will consider this in coming updates @Nick07. Have made a note.
If partition in watchlist is possible pls add it will easy to segregate 250 stocks
