It’s been a while, months may be, many people have already requested this feature. Dhan will certainly work on it if they feel like.
@Awnishsingh365 Just shift to looking at the current month’s Future chart for the respective index.

HI @Awnishsingh365, we have noted your suggestion on this to show actual index volume along with futures volume on our platform.
@Mohseen_Usmani Please make a note of adding “Another Symbol“ for other volume based indicators eg:- VWAP.

@Awnishsingh365 The volume would be different because the index is not traded whereas the Future is. The volume that you see with Fyers or other brokers for Nifty50 index is “I think“ the combined volume of the underlying stocks which are actually traded.

Hello @Mohseen_Usmani There is a bug in the Add Symbol of the Volume indicator. This addition of symbol is on the indicator and not on the chart that it is applied to. If I add the Symbol on the Nifty 50 chart for Volume and change the chart to Bank Nifty, I see the same volume in the Bank Nifty chart too. Another Symbol applied to the Indicator should be relative to the chart that is being viewed.
Hi, @nitishbangera this is the current behaviour since another symbol has been applied on the indicator. We have noted your feedback on this and will evaluate how we can improve it.
@Mohseen_Usmani I am aware that its the current behavior and hence I mentioned it as a bug because that is not how it should behave.
The only legit way to have volumes incorporated in index is to adapt mechanism used by Fyers and Sahi.
As indicators do not understand which chart is being plotted, they will use their individual settings.
I feel this alternative way of configuring futures charts’ volume on index chart cannot be considered as workaround.
