I think bringing pine script directly to tv.dhan.co would help super traders to make their own strategies and indicators . by this Dhan can set example in front of other indian brokers . Dhan should work on building this feature !
Pine script is a native offering from tradingview which is not shipped with the free charting library that it gives to third parties like stock brokers. Hence unlikely to be available any time soon at tv.dhan.co.
Instead u can analyse and trade on Dhan with tradingview in a couple of different ways.
