are charts in dext sync with dhan web and tv?
Hi @rahulm, DEXT T3 charts and layouts are supposed to work independently and are not in sync with dhan web and charts platform.
@Akash_Zende, we will optimize this behavior thank you for highlighting this.
@Mohseen_Usmani DEXT T3 is a good platform but what is the reason that it doesnât sync with Dhan Web and TV Dhan? A good seamless experience is that it should sync so that the userâs have a freedom to use any and not worry about what is going to be seen. If it doesnât sync, its just like using another broker. The only thing that syncs is the money in the trading account

Hi @nitishbangera, we understand the need for a seamless syncing experience across platforms.
Currently, Dhan Web / TV charts and DEXT T3 operate on different frameworks and theme structures, which makes direct syncing of layouts, drawings, and templates challenging. That said, we do recognise the importance of this and will continue to evaluate how we can improve cross-platform consistency going forward.

@Mohseen_Usmani I believe the Project Manager and stake holders might have thought about it before starting with DEXT T3 right. My question was toward understanding why its done in a way where it doesnât sync with the core platform of Dhan? I also saw Fuzz.ai not integrating with the Dhan platform and cannot be used to query on the portfolio. What exactly is Dhanâs vision when such good products are released which do not talk to each other at all.
Hi @nitishbangera, weâre still in the early stages of fuzz (askfuzz.ai) where we are building with our users. Journal was the first product that we wanted to explore so that we get a sense of how users truly want to use fuzz in the Dhan ecosystem. We will build on that feedback as we incrementally embed fuzz across other products. Thank you for being one of our early users!
@Anirudha Glad to see your reply after such a long time. My point isnât about Fuzz in specific. Its about how Dhan ecosystem is disconnected. When I asked Fuzz about the portfolio, it mentioned that its an AI agent and Dhan belongs to Raise . Now when I see Dext T3, it doesnât sync with Dhanâs Charts. Scanx does integrate but just on the News section in tv.dhan.co. Option trader is totally a separate beast but now it looks like its going to compete with Dext T3.
I will continue to be a Dhan user because it letâs me do what I intend to do and I really like the Dhan Web and Tv Dhan but what worries me is the disconnect between the Dhan products.

@SumanKJana @Divyank_Dubey @Abhinav_Patil We have added the strategy builder and Alert feature on T3, request you to try it now, and do let us know if you have any more such suggestions.

After the Update I got Alerts on my desktop DEXT T3 and also I got Full screen

great that dhan has added alerts in dext but creating alerts from charts is much better like in dhan tv
much faster and easy to operate

Hi @rahulm, we have noted your suggestion on creating alerts from charts on T3.
Thanks for removing the hard stop on Watchlist for reducing the column width.
Unfortunately, it was enabled only for the Symbol Column. The others (LTP, Chg, %, High, Low, etc) are still having the hardstop.
Please remove for all columns since we may not need the decimal points and will give us precious screen space!

Where is MAX PAIN on DEXT WEB?

how complex it this to achieve this?

This option chain (Dhan WEB > Option Trader > Insights section > Option chain ) of yours very good and look better then what you have currently,
Pls incorporate this in DEXT and DHAN WEB

@Mohseen_Usmani Hotkeys for Closing Half position and Quarter position are really useful and necessary in fast moving market. I hope I see these one day.
