Hi @Dhan @PravinJ, it looks like you had spoiled the customer chat experience by bringing AI bot into it. I have been trying to connect with customer support on how to use “Name for stocks” control and see the attached replies I am getting. Neither it is helping nor connecting with an executive. I have been trying from 10 mins in different ways to connect with an executive over chat but no use.
