Hi @Dhan @PravinJ, it looks like you had spoiled the customer chat experience by bringing AI bot into it. I have been trying to connect with customer support on how to use “Name for stocks” control and see the attached replies I am getting. Neither it is helping nor connecting with an executive. I have been trying from 10 mins in different ways to connect with an executive over chat but no use. Earlier we used to connect with executives instantly and now this wonderful experience is hampered.
I informed you earlier as well that in the quest for bringing more improvements, you are spoiling the existing things making inconvenient for the clients associated with u since long.
It’s my humble request not to make the super traders to choose other platforms because of your helpless updates.
Thanks for sharing. The main concern is customer support experience.
I agree that the chat and phone support needs to get better. These are the first points of contact for the customer.

Regarding customer support, our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our users. To enhance response times, we have integrated AI to assist with common queries. However, we understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. We will continue to improve and refine the experience to better serve our users.
But this AI seems useless without understanding the common queries. It increases the frustration of the clients during trading hrs and nothing else. Totally disappointed with this experience today. The features I liked the most in dhan are slowly faded away with the recent updates. It is time consuming instead I can say for clients. Because of such instances, don’t make us regret for choosing dhan @PravinJ sir. Updates are helpful only if the previous experience is not hampered at all.
