@PravinJ Hi Dhan team! I am trying to use the price alerts feature on dhan app. There is no alert that I receive in my phone, neither with sound nor with any popup notification. However, the price alert shows triggered in the dhan app when checked manually. I have the notifications and all permissions for dhan app enabled in my phone. This is leading to losses in trading as I use price alerts feature often on other apps. Please check.

For your information, we do send a price alert email as well as a pop-up notification when it reaches the desired price along with a default sound notification of your device. However, on the web, you need to check the notification for the alerts achieved under the bell icon.
This is not working for me as well.. no sound , no notification.. nothing

I have stopped using dhan app for price alerts.
it is specifically not working on iphone, but it is working well in android. Try reinstalling app might help. but let me tell you it is not going to be permanent solution.
@Dhan I use Dhan on Android, Iphone and Web. After the recent update, I have been facing the same issue where the Buy/Sell notifications do not show up on my iPhone but its properly sent to my Android phone and is notified on the Web. The Technical alert notification which is EOD seem to be fine on all apps. Please check on priority and please do not mention to reinstall the app on the iPhone.

We tried reaching you via call but were unable to get through. After checking on our end and replicated the same, we can confirm that a price alert email and a pop-up notification are sent when the selected price is reached, along with your device’s default sound alert.

@Madiya_Khatri I am not sure what changes in the context if its mailed to help@dhan.co. I have clearly explained the issue in my previous comment and it can be replicated easily on an iPhone. I bought stocks today as well and proper buy notifications on my Android phone but no notifications on my iPhone. Its the same for price alerts. I also noticed today that the unique sound which is made on web.dhan.co is missing too for alerts and buy/sell notifications. Please investigate it thoroughly. Seems your push notification link on installed IOS apps is broken and the app isn’t able to re-establish it.

@Mohseen_Usmani Can you tell me when the updates with this bug fix coming? The missing notification on Buy Sell is really irritating.
