I think dhan took the dividend provided by company.i got 2 dividend but no one credited in my account while in grow i got everytime on time
Lol. No one can take your dividend like that. Check the date of announcement of dividend and timeline for dividend credit. It should be credited within the given time bracket.
hi @Kumar85, that right what @svineels mentioned. It typically takes anywhere from 15 to 45 days for dividend to get credited from the ex-date.
Additionally, dividend credit is a function of the company’s registrar, queries if any should be shared with company secretary or the respective RTA.
LOl,Divident payiut on 12 aug and 23 aug as i can see on dhan app.but amount not credited tilll now. On other app like grow i got on time without delay. and as per dhan, amount showing but dhan dont take any responsibility to check amount credited or not.
hi @Kumar85 well, as mentioned above… stock broker has no role on dividend payouts, you will have to connect with the company secretary or registrar of the company.
Dhan simply shows the information based on stocks that are in your demat account on that day.
If brokers dont take responsibility then it is good to remove from that broker and use the other one which deposit money timely.
