Switch Accounts Feature Enhancement Request

Hello! I recently migrated my family members to Dhan and I monitor and track it on a daily basis. However, on the Switch Accounts, I only see 2 accounts.

Can this be enhanced to a total of 4 i.e. Me+3 family accounts? That would be extremely handy. Thanks.

I request the same thing too. To be able to switch between all my family members accounts.

They are busy to make trader’s great
Rather to make UI UX GOOD they don’t have even simple features

I had given lot of feedback you can check my profile for that but there focus is on trading platform because they get lot of brokerage there,:laughing::chart_with_downwards_trend::white_check_mark: prakash Gupta ji ko bhi Lamborghini Leni hai :laughing: like Angel one founder :laughing::chart_with_downwards_trend::chart_with_upwards_trend: that’s why focus is more on trading platform rather than making both great

Hi @vnsahil AngelOne’s founder and CEO is Dinesh Thakkar. He has a total of 27 supercars and 1 yacht. You can’t compare Dinesh Thakkar with anybody else. He is truly a bigger than life man.

I once worked at Angel Broking (now AngelOne) and at Ackruti Star you can see him frequently. He treats his employees like a king in 5-star hotels.

The cultural ethos and the drive that AngelOne has, very few organisation can match them.

Coming to Dhan, Pravin Jadhav is the founder, and they are still work in progress and in 2 years what they have achieved is commendable. Investor centric features are still a WIP here.

In order to appreciate what Dhan has done, you need to get into the details in what latency the order placement, chart loading happens versus the industry biggies and the underlying technology

Dhan and AngelOne, both are building some serious tech, only if you know how to use it.

Thanks for sharing this request. We launched Switch Accounts as an industry-first feature within a few months of Dhan coming out of early-access.

Since then, we’ve received a lot of love for this feature. While we understand you want to explore Dhan for your entire family, we need to understand that regulations have also changed a lot over the past two years.

Allowing the use of multiple accounts (from the same device) can be prone to misuse. Additionally, a lot of exchange-related communication is sent via SMS and email, which is sent on the registered ID, rather than the device itself.

We’re exploring a few solutions to this problem and will surely keep you updated. Do share your details over DM so that I can reach out to you for more feedback while we build this.
